i'm nayrt or anything, though, and to be clear!! rn the attitude in light's discord is enthusiasm and eagerness for more opportunities thanks to how much fun so many people had with the last minute frenzy and all the board flips.

one person doesn't make a sore loser, besides they worked hard I think anyone would be disappointed if it was their flight. not agreeing that it was an earth ratio issue though, it could've gone either way.
anywho, apparently it was a small group of pebbles who spent THOUSANDS of gems for this bit which is hilarious.

ayrt, fair enough. just tired of every time earth does anything it gets called earth abusing the ratio or unfair when there were a ton of flips and it was arguably about as evenly matched as you couldve hoped for. its not like earth shut out light!

Earth being able to have a handful of loaded players come in and knock off another flight off a profit push on the last day doesn't bode well for their chances of anyone wanting to fight them. The ratios mattered here.

If rufusdrumsknott wanted to get Beastclans off the board, they could have sent more dragons to Wind (their previous flight). My sympathies to the Earth Dom team. This isn't a position they want to be in.

it was earth's ratio. this comes up over and over again. it always boils down to earth has an unfair advantage that they're in denial of over this ratio and this has been reinforced by those four assholes revealing "Oh it was all us."

the vast majority of light had fun and aren't bitching about the fight; this isn't a repeat of the everlux behaviour where a very loud majority were angry and disappointed. the only 'sore losers' are the weird loose ends.

But it wasn't 4 people training and exalting, it was 4 people buying mercs. Essentially earth had their own PB run by those people before light did.

In what other flight can a personally funded, 4 person Public Buy, who's initial intention was simply to flip Beastclans but then decided to keep going anyway, pull this off in one day? Remember they still have to accept and exalt all of those dragon, and it was enough dragons to go up 2 places against an actively pushing flight. Only profit pushing, yeah, but still actively pushing with in-flight events.

I would genuinely love to know how many dragons that group ordered from other flights, because from what I can tell they didn't really order too many from my own.
