Hoo boy, where to start:
- weirdly aggressive
- weird preconceptions about dom that they agressively fight for
- "slave lairs"
- "One thing you can kind of do toward this end already is just go be Lightning. They're a huge flight and it's very very rare for them to win because of this, so you really, really don't have to feel bad for not participating. It also has a decent aesthetic I doubt anyone straight-up hates. I really don't see why you can't opt out but for some reason people really hate this suggestion, so... Maybe something to consider. I also think if enough people use Lightning as the go-to for opting out of dom, if that sort of becomes the culture, the cries of the people who want to be Lightning and are actually trying might be the one thing that would make this actually happen."

Almost every regular commenter on SMR is so annoying. Captain-chompers, adxmanial, and shinmegamitensei2 always have the most smooth-brained takes worded so condescendingly it'd be humorous if it were satirical and not so sincere. And some of them will comment on nearly every post too, like don't you guys have jobs or something?

Scammed the hell out of my friend.

My friend came back to FR after 5 years of hiatus, and is still getting used to how the economy works now.

Fauxied sold them a white/rose/rose aberration for a plague sprite- thing is, it's completely ungened, only a month old, and isn't a G1. My friend used the database instead of the AH- and misread the comments as saying the sprite was going for 8k T and not G, so made the trade.

I wish my friend had asked before doing this deal, and though they're taken aback by how they were taken advantage of, they still have one plague sprite left, but I'm kinda peeved. At MOST, the dragon they gave them was worth 300g- cost of a clanbound scroll

Part of me wants to contact them and tell them they made a VASTLY unfair trade, but it wasn't my transaction.

So I'm just naming and shaming here, because Fauxied knew what they were doing, and it's shitty.

- Attempting to artificially drive up the price of 5-digits by buying and flipping any he can get his hands on (with limited success lmao)
- Lying about why he's buying dragons (promises he's not going to flip, immediately does so. Dude breed changing a dragon does not make it unidentifiable)
- Likely multi with SnailTrail/Ozuozu (basically identical typing styles and messages sent to other users)
- All their starting dragons (and capital) was a gift, the former of which they immediately auctioned
- Likely still leeching off players who quit and don't know the value of their dergs (see multiple dragons with 'not for sale' still in the bios
- Shitty attitude/auction behaviour (bidding on a dragon they'd just sold to another user, artificially driving the price up until the seller had to tell them to stop), asshole comments like 'when I win X, how do I Y' before the auction finishes
- Hidden reserve on the 3-digit auction under the poor disguise of 'I might want to keep the dragon'

General all-around immature asshole playing with an online market because the kind of behaviour he gets away with online would never fly with an irl commodity. Particularly irritating because he blatantly thinks he's a smart businessman instead of a digital trust fund baby.

Spent all of NvP trying to sneak dragons past the nature attendants, despite being told repetitively that the public buy was OOF-only.

They'd purposefully wait till one of the flash sales, in what was definitely the hopes that it would be so flooded that we'd forget to check flights or accidently snag one of their listings in the rush. Anyone who messaged them was ignored, or they'd try and start an argument about how 'you had already accepted one of their dragons' and they 'didn't see why it was such a big deal and you should just accept the rest'. The second that an attendant called them out on it or canceled the listing, they'd just hop to the next person down the list and try again.

I know this isn't as big as a lot of the stuff that gets posted here, but on the public-facing side of things they've got a lot of 'go team!' flight pride and I wanted at least some kind of record out there I guess /:
