Admins do let you start over when you get banned, but if you fuck up enough times, you can get permabanned. I forget their name(s) but there was a user who kept spamming FRD and getting banned, linking back to their previous account, and finally staff said ENOUGH and they haven't been back since.
Hopeless1/H1, maybe? I remember them constantly coming back after being banned, spamming on the "void flight" thread nearly each time, too. Hmm, memories. I think they might have gotten worse on one of their last accounts and that might be why they never came back, but I'm not completely sure.
EssenceofNexus/Ambrosia/Insurrection, etc. They made close to six accounts, each getting banned until staff blocked their IP- they did that dragon wedding spam.
I can't remember if they were the same person as hopeless1, though.
