Genuine question because I'm a fool and don't know as much as I should about computers: Can staff even see mouse movement? I know for things like Captchas, mouse movement is often a component so I don't doubt that they can, but I'm curious!
unlikely. if they're monitoring anything, what they *are* probably monitoring is click rate (e.g., if you're clicking buttons WAY faster than a human user could), so doing some little QOL things with userscripts probably won't get you in trouble
(source: i make QOL userscripts for myself, use them all the time, have never gotten in trouble)

It's completely fine as long as you're not leaving your pc on to run it 24h a day. None of the scripts are distinguishable from dedicated players sitting there setting timers, and staff isn't going to notice or track this activity unless your account is already flagged for something like heavy-handed multiaccounting, in which case you're SoL with or without the script anyway.
