This is really getting more and more ridiculous. Why even have a plague flight?

It seems like a pretty obvious attempt to skirt around the rules. It’s not red. It is clearly flesh colored, like muscles or blood. You cannot have blood or muscles exposed.

The dragon cannot appear or be interpreted to be in pain by the vocal minority that will whine about it.

You could do a very vibrant red, and that would’ve been approved.

I really don’t understand this trend of people complaining about the rules and then attempting to skirt around them. Time and time again they get caught every single time. Only a few that the mods play favorites with are allowed to get past the filters

It's not that it's red, it's not even 'red' per se; it very distinctly looks like nasty hanging flesh and cannot really be mistaken as anything else. Plenty of red skins have gotten through the queue just fine. I can see why this was denied. I'd say if they're that adamant about having a 'plague' colorway they could try to go more brown like the tendrils in the rest of plague's site art, like on the world map or plague fest items, and make the mechanical parts match the other colorways. Or just straight up make it match the other colorways with the black/dark mechanical bits and bright neon red accents where it's teal and green on the others?

The other colors don't really look like hanging flesh and aren't meat colored, hence probably why they passed. I'm not entirely sure what the artist was expecting tbh submitting it like that. Considering this isn't the first time they've had issues with flesh colors appearing like wounds/torn flesh they should probably ask some friends/others 'hey does this look too much like meat?' before submitting it, might save some headache beforehand.

Does anyone possibly know what is exactly the issue here? This felt out of pocket for incant to say, more so in public, and Ezevic is pretty nice from the looks of it (I don't think she even realized she was blocked?). The only situation involving Ezevic I could ever find was something about fumbling a skin collab, but aside slightly mismanaging it she didn't seem to do anything bad.

i mean if incant has ezevic blocked they cant really dm them to say this privately lol. its definitely awkward for them to say this publicly but its kind of on ezevic for continuing to reply to someone whos blocked them. also blocks can be for any reason, including stuff in private convos or other servers. doesnt necessarily need to be for "bad" public behavior or whatever

Doesn’t blocking on discord do jackshit for both ends? If you block someone they can still see and reply to your message. They just can’t DM or emoji react to your posts.

Honestly this is on incant for constantly clicking the “show blocked messages” thing. Have you seen incant post on the forums because they have a really shitty personality and I do believe this is just a reflection of that.

could also be because ezevic has traced/copied direct 'inspiration' from other people's things before in aaa. i'll have to hunt a few of them down but if anyone else has the links at the ready fire them away

Eh, this sort of thing happens in AAA every once in awhile tbh. I've seen it happen a few times where people are just like "I have you blocked, if you could just stop responding to me that would be appreciated". I think it can be awkward but it's not like you can DM someone you have blocked to tell them to stop and it's not the user's job to unblock to DM them to let them know to stop so saying it in the server is the simplest way.

The only thing I can think of is there has been a few disagreements in the genshin thread and games channel and they are both pretty active genshin players so incant may have blocked over something like that. Otherwise if it's skin related drama I don't know of anything that has happened between them in that regard so either I missed it or something idk. Whatever the reason, incant is free to do what she wants

Hopefully soon, what a weird fucking thread. a section just for folks on hiatus? seems like a great way for people to be passive aggressive about FR content creators who take breaks. i would say they have good intentions but they definitely didn't with the "spreading awareness for those banned without evidence" part lol
