DA I dunno they look like they fall into that psuedo-scifi 'legally distinct from real firearm' category that Nerf blasters typically aim for. It's no marvin martian/buck rogers space blaster but they don't really read like a modern pistol either....
But it's also tiny, holstered and largely blends into the rest of the design. All we have to go on is the grip and lack of hammer. Should they be disallowed based on that even though *some* firearms are actually allowed? It does look like these are usually done by a case-by-case basis, so it could actually be that there's was not enough to go off of to completely disallow it other than it has the vague gist of 'gun'.
