Digital or traditional, I guess as long as the traditional is actually good. USD or FRC. I don't want to weed through so many art shops. What are some reputable artists that are recommended? Who to avoid? Sorry if this is vague, I want to know who you guys like.

I want to give a "buyer beware" about Mekhalive. I commissioned and paid them all the way back in 2021 and would gently poke them every few months just to get ghosted until I got a very skittish reply months/years later. It's very odd because I was always patient and chipper with them with each reminder, not once did I snap at them or anything. I paid for a USD commission and even included tip very early on in the process. I know I'll never get the finished commission.
