Interesting. I'd seen it mentioned onsite whenever 2 letter names pops up that you could name your progen that but also pretty sure I heard that that should have been fixed too... I guess it hasn't.

I think they're assuming it's established players rolling new accounts to have "more special" progens? They're worthless but at a glance an XXY G1 with a 2L name LOOKS flashy since there's no progenitor indicator like there is for raffle prizes.
2L names are fine, but creating multiple accounts even if you’re (general you) only going to use one and don’t sufficiently cover your tracks will get you banned (at least per the rules). That being said, I’ve seen at least one super obvious instance of progen re-rolling (same primary/secondary, same element, extremely similar names), and the main account hasn’t been banned so idk how enforced that is in practice.
