tl;dr unhatched eggs bypass new account's flight choice and progen creation

well i hatched an egg and it's a (not great admittedly) xyx and now its like, damn.

If an existing player pms an unhatched egg to a new player who hasn't yet selected a flight & made their custom progen, they can access the pm, collect the egg, access the hoard, hatch the egg, and have a dragon in their lair. Then they can access enough game features to play surprisingly well.

If the flightless account exalts a dragon the text on the dragon's page says "exalted to Icewarden" but the exalt pillar does not appear. This is the same as described in earlier accounts, which is very interesting to me. Does it actually count towards Ice's dominance?

Did you PM yourself the egg? Your main might get banned too.

I knew when posting I'd get banned, (I knew I'd get banned eventually anyway) I was just dicking around with this account anyways, yk? I wasn't even sure it'd work. Seeing the double hatch knowing it'd die on the account was just a little sad

like, if you hatch an egg you can skip progen creation/flight choice and never pick one? is that a reason why someone's clan page wouldn't be viewable and would instead redirect to the home page?

If this is it then nonny just doxed their new account, because finding the described dragon is really simple.

I'm not a cop so I'm not going to report but OP, I hope your old account was already binned or you shouldn't be posting that kind of easily-identifiable information on a public salt comm.

seeing as the account was glitched/broken it was basically inevitable that it would be banned eventually when someone discovered it

now I'm wondering what would happen if op exalted a dragon on that account, would it break the dragon's page like what happens on the clan profile? 👀

Can you interact with the site in other ways, such as selling dragons or gathering? Curious to see how many features you can access without a flight.

Someone (maybe the same person?) tested this a while back! I tried to find the post but I can't atm :/ it's in one of the posts from this year i think
