Bummed at the complete lack of money I made on NoTN now that I'm preoccupied with a crappy job. Grinding the coli is tedious and not something I want to dedicate the limited amount of free time I have these days doing. I can get some rounds in while on my breaks but that's all the grinding I really get done these days. I know it's not the game's fault, just kinda sucks. I made a new account (staff knows) a few months ago and I feel like I'm gonna be stuck with nothing but a handful of ungened G1s forever

(Well it's kind of the game's fault, I mean, if coli wasn't so painfully boring I would be less reluctant to grind on weekends)

i don't use coli tbh, i use fairgrounds and fodder flipping. unfortunately it takes time to build up your lair/den space but between those two i can bring in at least 150kt a day.

your flight might have a hibden item drive to help with this as well as other resources.

bonding with familiars is the way. granted, you need a few hundred of 'em, but seriously worth investing into. most of my notn chests came from doing the two-window method from sqld's moneymaking guide for half an hour a day, and i made a tidy profit. didn't grind nearly as much as i thought i would.

also, getting to opening 10-50 rusted/iron/gilded chests a day is wildly satisfying.
