when trying to get 99900999 i kept going to the page for dragon ID 99900970 and refreshing until i didn't get the 404 error. As soon as that ID hatched I hit hatch on my nest, i was pretty close there. then tried hatching noct eggs immediately, but i was way off since by then everyone was hitting hatch. i think it is some guess work and luck tbh.
