Uuuh. I have good reason to believe somebody is tracing an art piece (a well known one at that) and passing it off as their own design. What's the procedure for reporting them, if no off-site links (that show the traced piece of art) are allowed in the ticket?
English isn't my first language, so I may be misunderstanding what it says here:

I've included imgur links in my reports before. It's... fine. What they mean is that you should not report people for things they DID OFFSITE. Eg if they were harassing people offsite, that's none of the FR mod's business.
