you have to consider that staff probably doesn't look into the transactions going into an account unless they have a reason to, it would just be unfeasible for them with how big the playerbase is.
i believe staff have certain flags to alert them to certain actions, like i would not be surprised if they are notified when a KS item (especially imp scrolls) move around given that they're very aware of the black market around them. but an account receiving 75kt/g trades probably wouldn't flag anything, otherwise they'd be dealing with tons of notifications from people who run raffles, or dom banks, etc. basically they're likely only alerted to extremely unusual or rare behavior that they know has a history of being shady.
it's just like how some random FR player becomes involved in public drama, and they end up getting banned for multi-accounting or something because the spotlight was on them, maybe they got reported, maybe staff noticed something etc
but 75kt exactly??? (idk maybe they were smart enough to NOT make it 75kt exactly; I'd definitely think that number of treasure in particular showing up in multiple CRs to the same account should flag it for investigation!)
idk it's just frustrating. i've been here since 2013 and never botted or multi'ed, and it does indeed feel really bad that apparently this kind of flagrant cheating doesn't actually get caught without other factors at play. i'm not going to stop "playing fair" but it's kind of a slap in the face.
