People could probably do a better detective job than me, but with that new design its very likely the centaur top half inspired by XXXVeil's art, I mean, they are even mentioned in the first post. Although I don't think they aren't referencing a particular character/art piece of Veil's, they use a lot of design bits that are very common to Veil's centaur designs.
The bottom half is very likely based off this ( https://pinterest.com/pin/537476536794097060/ ). The art is by Eefoj, although when I checked their socials I couldn't find the specific piece (Hence the pintrest link)

I'm uncertain if the mantis is heavily copied from something. My best guess is it could be based of from this art by Ruteko, but I dont think thats the case ( https://x.com/ruko220/status/1541199283801948160?t=qvk1MujVcs2-nA0s0hVOIQ )

if i had to guess, the design was posted to eefoj's twitter which is now deactivated. seems like this person harvested a bunch of designs from twitter to copy off of. gross.
