Like I can kinda see it, she's got cleavage/sideboob and a sort of sultry/submissive look on her face. The dress looks like it's slipping off, but I'm not so sure that those aspects of it are necessarily because of the cultural association, if that makes sense?
Def valid in thinking it feels sorta of salacious but I'm not so sure that comes from the culture depicted/a yellow fever situation. Perhaps I am not reading far enough into it though
Probably not. Taking a peek at their other art (they posted a KoFi link in a different forum), I can definitely see a lot of anime/manga inspiration in the drawing style but nothing that feels slimy. The piece you've linked seems to me to be the only one that has significant/blatant East Asian influence.
As a different anon mentioned, there's mildly sexual vibes, but that also doesn't seem limited to that design only. I'd probably class this as "gently overreacting".

I guess it is a net positive that we investigated this person, because as someone pointed out, that design is heavily referenced from a different artist!

People could probably do a better detective job than me, but with that new design its very likely the centaur top half inspired by XXXVeil's art, I mean, they are even mentioned in the first post. Although I don't think they aren't referencing a particular character/art piece of Veil's, they use a lot of design bits that are very common to Veil's centaur designs. The art is by Eefoj, although when I checked their socials I couldn't find the specific piece (Hence the pintrest link)

if i had to guess, the design was posted to eefoj's twitter which is now deactivated. seems like this person harvested a bunch of designs from twitter to copy off of. gross.
