Let's not forget they were also BananaNoodlez, but claimed some pretty wild things about who they were (first being their weed dealer, then a friend, then just... it kept going), and ultimately what got them banned.
Wait, that's the dickbag who sent me a condescending PM about wanting to buy a g1 I had and I didn't like their tone again (this was the second time they PM'd me) so I just blocked them, and not long after I noticed the dragon they inquired about got bought by a friend of theirs and was in their lair and they had a rude ass message about me in their bio. Ew.

There is a LOT of drama in that community, most of it just never gets out of private discord servers. I collect G2 imps casually myself, but this community has one of the weirdest vibes out of all the collection based communities on Flight Rising /neg
A user had a meltdown when one of their “favorite” G1 imps got sold and swapped owners. Harassed the new owner until enough was enough and they got kicked from the server. They then threw a tantrum and mass purchased every G1 imp owner’s available G2s, naming them ugly/nasty things. Real piece of work there.
Then there’s the user who keeps getting banned who keeps returning to FR to DM G1 imp owners about “purchasing” G2s, only to beg and spam their inbox forever if they respond.
There was a while where a new G1 imp was born and a whole group of people DM’ed the owner basically at once about if they were planning on breeding, and all got blocked. Proceeded to complain to each other as to why they would get blocked and how much of an asshole the owner was, despite the fact they clearly were dogpiling them.
This isn’t drama but it kind of weirds me out - some people are constantly keeping an eye on the # and status of like every G1 imp. The moment a G1 imp holder gets banned, they know who and when. The moment an old user returns and uses an imp scroll (this has actually happened in the last year), they are reaching out to that user. Almost stalker behaviour happening in Dragon Search here.
Probably more shit goes down, I’m not active in the community and stick to sales channels in Discords. But the few times I decide to read up there’s always some tea to pass around lol.

like, i'm a #aesthetic bitch myself so it's not like i don't sympathize with the impulse, but it would be nice to like. reel it in a bit! make the previews a little more user-friendly to parse, especially since previewing with reskin is only going to come into play when i am shopping for a dragon i already own, rather than hoping to find a g1 to wear the skin or something.

It was a nightmare because they were block evading with their multis and continued to do so when they came back as QueenAquaDragon. Even having them blocked people still were being targeted and harassed. It left a lot of g1 imp users uncomfortable with their behavior once the puzzle pieces fell together. It is one of very few times a user has needed to be a community announcement it was that bad. [One of their many accounts was pjsparkles67 that would even beg for g1 imps.]
Yeah there is an unspoken 'don't message these people' for g1 imps due to no reply, they don't breed, and whatever reason. We kind of go 'hey have you messaged X before?'. There are micro groups within the g2 community so it doesn't always work as sometimes folks will do their own thing for studs or bday nests but yeah.
Way back when the server was in its baby form a hacker came on posing as a g1 imp owner and tried to worm into the community. THANKFULLY the original owner returned back after so many years hiatus and was able to stop from having their non-progen g1 imp sold. We dogged on support to help with that. There another very old g1 user hatched and their stuff was put on another g1 account. Thankfully they got their stuff back and was unlocked. The reason I know that is because the hacker wore a 1/10 limited accent that the victim's g1 imp had and put it on display. Kinda ??? but I am glad the victim got their gear and account unlocked.
Really the goal of searching g1 imps besides posting whoever has their kids up on the AH is to make sure old folks that return don't get scammed. Finding them sometimes a mod will send a 'hey your stuff is worth a shit ton welcome back! if you want to take part in this community here you go!' DM. Goal is to prevent QAD-type users to not scam the oldbies returning. People do not realize the volume of DMs that many users have collected over the years begging for freebies or trying to con them into giving them their imps.

i'd do this if i had the energy, because breeding a combo that's only found on 16 dragons (15 on inactive accounts) has been a hell i wouldn't wish on anyone

That guy confiscated and sold a lot of old accounts including other accounts with g1 imps, one of which was likely sold to another G1 person who was banned during a previous RMT crackdown. Think the same idiot hacker got a hold of someone's Boolean, shuffled it between accounts, and tried to get it auctioned by someone else at one point. I'm glad the mods of this server got rid of this b**** quickly before more damage was done.

Sadly staff did not give them back some of the KS items that were funneled off from the victim from what I have been told. And that is very unfortunate to hear that there was even more accounts involved. I've seen FR staff shut some down in the past year and a half and I'm hoping it is a crackdown to prevent more items from being funneled from hacked users.

as an UMA artist ive resorted to only releasing 10-ps until the market picks back up because there's nothing more disheartening than putting something you worked on v hard up for public sale and it gets maybe 2-3 sign ups but if you do 10-p limited all of a sudden the runs fill u _u
