An important update:

Due to a specific person being a complete child, comments are going to be screened by default.

This is only temporary, and I apologize for the inconvenience- this is going to be a pain in the ass for me, too, but multiple people have come forward about fears of doxxing, and this is the only way to make sure any doxxing is contained.

(This basically will force the doxxer to make a DW account to post any doxxing attempts unscreened, and will let me more reliably report them to DW staff/authorities.)

Again, I apologize, and will be working to unscreen comments as fast as possible, but I'm only one person.

(Vasemod has had some personal issues come up, so I am the only mod atm. Please bear with me until this bit of annoyance has passed.)

I think you can have all the rules you want about a dragon you sell, but they cannot be enforced by the site.

So, basically, Alyx can have whatever rules she wants on the dragons she sells, but the minute she tries to enforce them, SHE will be the one in trouble.

However, blocking people doesn't fall under, as far as I know, the 'trying to enforce the rules' umbrella, so she is perfectly within her rights to block people who don't follow said rules.

So, unless there are instances of Alyx contacting other people and harassing them (and I think at this point there would be screens of said instances) what she is doing isn't technically against the rules, because she isn't trying to enforce those rules on the people who don't follow them. She is just blocking those people to prevent them from buying further dragons from her, which, again, is perfectly within her rights to do so.

oh, i see. i think i got confused because people mentioned alyx being very controlling with what happens to their dragons after being sold by messaging people, then assumed the same happened here. thanks!

I haven't heard of her messaging people, but I believe there is a fine line between a simple message and harassing people. I just thought that with the way people dislike Alyx, if she really was harassing people (as opposed to having the rules and blocking people) there would have been evidence in the form of screenshots.

However, I don't really pay attention to what happens in situations like this. I don't know Alyx, not sure I ever interacted with her, don't know Weevil (and again not sure I ever interacted with them or their friends), and I rarely buy dragons, so there may be a lot I am missing about this.
