in the past year theres been like 3 situations where an anon will get called out for posting a bunch of transphobic stuff and then almost immediately afterwards theres a fresh thread with a weird ass statement like "i should hurt my transphobic coworker/friend amirite guys??" is this the same anon cause its been like clockwork

Yeah, it's one of 2-3 folks that do this shit. We actually have a lot more from them, but I try to delete their comments before they can get any traction.

The only way they can id someone is if the player chooses to deanon.

Rowan, they knew because of a post with a number in a dragon profile. He deliberately deanoned. Unless a troll does that, you can't know.

I thought they can't ID, but they can tell if it's the same person based on IP.

Got ghosted by a close friend and I don’t know why. We’d call at 4am, play SDV together and send our fanfic drafts to each other. Our last interaction before the ghosting was normal too.

I’d told her that someday when I have some money and agency I’d like to take her up for lunch and she seemed up for it… but I guess that’s a pipe dream now.

I just don’t really understand, I guess. It’d been a long while since I met someone I got along with like that.

not really sure of how you two would interact or the dynamic you had but its also possible that there are external conditions preventing her from contacting you. things like power outages, unexpected family/health problems, or losing access to a phone/account are all other explanations.

while it is possible that your friend decided she didnt want to interact with you anymore its also possible that there are external forces that aren't obvious at this time.

Damn..I'm so sorry, anon. Losing someone like that out of the blue hurts a lot, you are valid. Hmm. If its an consolation it might depend on the situation your friend is/was going through with and maybe one day they will snap out of it. Maybe. I don't want to give you too much hope but things happen! <:D When I was the primary care taker of my dad dying of cancer I remember my mental state got pretty bad. The last month before cancer took my dad away from me my mental state was so bad that I just... dropped everyone out of my life out of sheer grief. I didn't give anyone a warning. Even my dearest best friend. Aaannnd I refused to talk to anyone until a few months after he passed away. Thankfully my friends took me back and were worried that i had done something BUT HEY!!!! Life is much better now and i talk to everyone. :) I do hope they will come back to you, but if not..I'm sorry, anon. i wish the best.
