Remember, the details are not all from Pessi. Multiple folks have said the same damn thing over a long period of time. You do not get where Dutchess is by being a dick. You get there by being able to put on a personable front that convinces others to defend you because "you couldn't have stolen all those boss fams donated from that user and never recorded it. You're too nice." "You had medical issues, so disappearing without a word when there's work to do is fine."
Do not let Pessi being dumb make you decide Dutchess is squeaky clean. She comes across as a petty manipulator and thief from the info I've seen.

While I wouldn't really want someone that wants social media background checking in my dom team, I want Dutchess's kind even less.
Agreed but it's a damn shame that Fire's choices seem to be limited to Duchess, the flaky scammer or Pessi, drama-monger with bad politics.
From the outside it doesn't seem like anyone else is stepping up to try and oust her, but I hope there's stuff going on that we're just not seeing OOF.

But considering that the flight's dom people have so little drive that they keep allowing this, I'm discouraging folks considering moving to fire, and refusing to touch any dom fundraisers they do from now on.
Seen people similar to Duchess and they almost always come off as nice or at the very minimum, someone people look up to or can rely on at the beginning on the outside but turns out to be a self-serving, backstabbing asshole in private. If you’re close to people like that, calling them out is extremely difficult as outsiders and their other friends who don’t know any better would defend them lmao.
Seems like this is what is happening in firedom, with multiple people reporting her pattern of allegedly malingering during important push dates, NO transparency on donations and maybe even stealing them but AA not wanting to oust her. Would not be surprised if the folks defending her on AA are either friends of hers that choose to be blind to the blatant abuse of power or on copium that things would be worse without her.
As for the social media stuff, it looks like Pessi and others got baited hard by an anon bringing it up for activity around the time she’s apparently in the hospital. The content of stuff posted on social media is mainly irrelevant and I don’t think it’s necessary to even bring up those, given that theres achievement activity on her FR account during the time she’s in the hospital. I’d give her the benefit of the doubt that she’s just bored in the hospital and fiddling around on dragon pngs then but given what other ember anons had said about her convenient disappearing act around pushes... pressing X to doubt.
Looking at the timestamps again, it seems like she’s already out of the hospital before activity on her FR account but my doubt still stands. If it’s true though, I do hope she gets well soon. It doesn’t seem like she’s in any position to work on dom stuff regardless especially with the dom donations stealing allegations. That really sucks for embers and anyone who contributed and everything here honestly puts me off from supporting firedom for a long time. :/
