Ouch, sorry to hear it turned out like this. At least you tried, and I think that's all that can be reasonably expected of you. Best of luck to Fire Dom, it sounds like they're going to need a lot of it to sort out their issues.

Why would you wish them luck? They obviously have a problem and refuse to fix it when it was shown to them.
