if you want to join a weirdly underrated dom flight I'd really recommend Water. I have no idea why it fails to come up when people are talking about the best dom flights. I guess we fly under the radar!

we beat earth in 2021 and are fighting fire this October, so it's a great time to join. we tied with earth for most 1st placements last year (7) after plague (9), and came in 3rd behind earth and light for most placements total.

our dom leads are interested in analyzing data, optimizing how things work, and innovating new strategies, and they share all this info with us frequently. it's very easy to get involved and they're supportive of non-leads doing their own programs. the community is small and friendly and everyone is chill af.

I moved to Water because I wasn't happy with my flight's dom scene and it's really exceeded my expectations. if you find dom interesting, and especially if you're a long time player looking for a new sense of investment in the game, I think you'll be happy here!

Ayrt (or even if you are referring to me i'll answer anyways lol) thank you water nonny, this kind of confirmed my suspicions as where best to go next! I'm so glad to hear all of that, even though i'm low key "retired" from dom, i do still value transparency and honesty in dom, and what you mentioned sounds like the types of things my flight used to do, and used to like to do, before all the dom leads had either life happen or just gave up caring and didn't bother to tell anyone any of this lol.

ahh yeah that's too bad :/ I feel for people who want to be more into dom but are stuck in less active flights bc of lore or friends or other reasons. interestingly we have a few "retired" dom leads from other flights who've come through on vacations or for longer stays, so you should fit right in lol.
