Yep, there is a gear icon on the abilities and stats page at the bottom of the area where the battlestones are.
When you hover over it it says 'click here to rearrange battlestones that are already locked in' or something like that.

As a person who has briefly interacted with both on different occasions, I don't think they're the same person, and I didn't notice big similarities with the typing style other than internet slangs and copious use of smiling emotes, both of which I am also guilty of.

They threatened a person who was trying to tell them that hoard selling is basically the game's "trash" feature by demeaning them, telling them not to assume that they were new - despite the account being fresh, so assuming a newbie making that "suggestion" that they needed a trash feature, and said (iirc) "if you were in physical space with me you would be getting the back of my hand" and then tripled down on their awful personality.
I still think it's a pathetic cop-out: what's the actual difference between a player donating treasure to their bank to buy mercs and a player spending all that treasure by themselves to buy mercs? Nothing besides who does the majority of the work, a single player or everyone. But sure, now two flights are patting their backs how they aren't using those dirty dirty bad mercs despite my flight's merc group having standing orders from multiple people on BOTH sides.

Honestly I feel like the person who replied is either a member of the staff or created the troll account. With so many inactive accounts, and so many rude users, there's no way they made that connection organically.

While I've never interacted with them, the avatar dragon on Nabiki's account is strangely familiar to me, which makes me think they got into some drama many years ago that I just can't remember. There are few people who have acted this haughty and aggressive on the forums, so the person who made the connection probably just has a good memory for this kind of thing or like you said, had a run-in with them personally.
