WTF, I didn't realize skins/accents dropped in the coli sans chests now. Did they go back and remove all the chests from every venue? Or is this just a new update thing?
It seems to be just the latest additions that don't have chests. I've gotten plenty of drops of the older skins from the venue I grind in, and they're all still in chests like they used to be. The staff just didn't make chests for the most recent batch, no idea why.
With the discussion of supposed elitism and other things lately, the subject of Flight Rising Clout has come up a few times in server discussions and it makes me wonder- who *are* these dragon bougie people seem to have a weird thing with?

of course i would just haaaave to start a new breeding project with a certain color range that's difficult to find dragons for, and they just haaaad to be imperials so i can only breed them once a month. why do i do this to myself.
I like to collect descendants of dragons that have sketchy history, so far I already have a great-grandchild of Zalvador, a child of Rhea's domestic abuse pair, is there any infamous dragon that I yet to know about?

We have received a notification from our hosting provider that they are going to be performing emergency network maintenance due to an equipment failure. Based on the times I have been given, this will occur between 11:00 - 12:00 Server Time. There are likely to be interruptions during this period.
While we don't have confirmation it is related yet, we are hoping that this is related to the issues players have been experiencing recently and will resolve some of the remaining problems.

lag was apparently due to route problems, it's been fixed

Is it just me or did double G1's actually drop in prices / value? I've been away for a while and just came back, but when I was still active a lot big G1 lairs sold their nice doubles for 15kg - 25kg, now I see all kinds of really gorgeous doubles (XXY Abyss, XYY Cream) for 5kg - 10kg?

Perhaps gem ratio change had an effect? Because right now all the most needed items are in treasure, so they have too much gems and too little treasure.

Really disappointed in the skincents this time :/ There's a few I really like but why did we need 2 Veil M and 2 WC F ones? There was plenty of nice ones to choose from to give other breeds some rep.
No complaints otherwise, I love the new apparel so much and the fam is cute too! (although I would have liked to see a 2-headed creature) The scene is also nice.

Kudos to N from Lightning for putting so much work into the swipp pinglist. It's one of those things that I keep telling myself I'll participate more in as a help to the community but never do.

Just googled and turns out, open registration was in 2018, not a couple years earlier than I imagined. Was about to write how there might have been another demographic shift or something but then again...
I just can't compare FRs userbase rn with how it was in say 2017 or 2016. It's so strikingly different in an exhausting way. Not enjoyable just very much in-your-face, both the yelling kids on the forum and the oldies that are left.
Maybe covid is working into it too, social media in general has been beyond insufferable the last one and a half years now

If you've ever bought something on a payment plan, how has it worked? Do you usually give the payment to the seller, or is it put in escrow in your vault, as it were, until you have the full payment saved up?
the point of payment plans is you pay it in instalments. otherwise it's just a regular hold.
I don't buy dragons in breeding pairs, so I was just going through my veils in foresee progeny and the MAJORITY of my possible pairs produce results that are half "oh that's a really cool dragon" an half "christ, what an uggo"

im so tired of breeding projects to achieve the right colors and then blowing all my money on the right genes i wanna try something radically different
get 3 personally coli-harvested eggs (probs from notn bc otherwise, ouch) and hatch em all and raise them as a coli team. everyone only gets genes/apparel/familiars that they get as battle loot. i guess i could do a simple version and just have 1/2 eggs and my regular trainer battle and it'd be faster, but i want them to level up through all the stages
sure, they'll all turn into python/morph/smirch monstrosities but at least i won't be buying anything for them, maybe I'll even learn to love them

I did something similar but I made some exceptions:
- allowed Baldwin genes (they are free-ish and at least poison/toxin, two of my favourite genes, need coli stuff);
- one treasure MP thing per dragon.

(Anonymous) - 2021-05-31 00:35 (UTC) - Expandlike really easy to make but versatile? simple animal markings like socks, points, and tabby stripes. some 5 minute linear photoshop gradients in places where gradients would look nice. hell give me more variants of stained, like stained for body only and stained for wings only. i really want simple terts that wouldn't clash with the many super busy primaries and secondaries, but i feel like the staff will never do that because they get too many accusations of laziness as is.

any predictions for the anniversary update? I doubt it's a new ancient breed as veils came out not too long ago. I'm thinking a new trading post activity like baldwin
i think most people believe it's going to be a modern breed, but i'll toss my hat into the round and say hatchling skins and accents.
