Longtime lurker, on the old anonrising and now here, just posting to say I love the dragon valentine!

And I haven't sold a copy recently, so they probably already had it and it's a coincidence. I'm a very small accent artists, so this is making me very happy seeing people use my stuff!

Just wanted to shout out the community here & the mods for making this such a pleasant place to be. DR is full of immature people, so to have somewhere reasonable is a lifesaver.

I’m not a bright person and had so much trouble wrapping my head around Glimmer & Gloom even with guides, but after a long hiatus from the site I threw myself back at it and it finally clicks with me and I’ve been capping fairgrounds daily now ;u;

It's great, I love it, finally I can have edgy robot that isn't blue! I hope they consider making multiple recolors of apparel, tho!

hello, I was debating on and off to post this but... well, it's thanksgiving season, and I figure I might as well and then say my goodbye to probably most of the drama community o7

this is ado, and I wanted to send a genuine thank you to the one anon who helped me realize that I had a problem I needed to fix. I won't go into detail for fear of becoming extremely sappy over it, but having someone tell me that I need help was what woke me up and made me realize that I truly do need it and... well, I have been in therapy around since that drama came up, and it has changed my life extremely for the better. I feel happier, am learning to not take what other people think of me to heart anymore, and while it's still a bit tricky to do at times, it's certainly more of a start than I had before you came into my life.

so yeah, I don't know if you'll see this, but unfortunately I have no other avenue to contact you to thank you for what you've done for me when you didn't have to, especially given that this is a place for salt a majority of the time, not positivity. but I hope that on the off chance you do see this, that you know just how much you've done for me with something so simple.

I reached my goal of saving up 4000 gems from selling my coli gains during Brightshine Jubilee. Looking forward to the next festival to grind more gems! :)

Found a new technique for Runestones of the Arcanist that helped me get farther than I normally do. I usually don't have issues hitting level 15 but getting past 17 is tough. Now I find it more doable.

Instead of memorizing and chanting in my head (eg: fire, arcane, shadow, time, etc.) any cluster of tiles, I specifically go in order. So first, I'll do A1, A2, A3, A4. But if the board gets broken up later in the round then I'll go in order, still. So it might be like A4, A6, C2, E5 but I will still go in left to right reading order.

Hopefully this makes sense, idk how else to describe it. It made a HUGE difference for me so maybe it'll help someone else.

For awhile I have been working on my writing and am always reading the lore of this user I really admire. It was really cool to read such well written lore and even talk to them and workshop my own lore with their help. I'm really grateful to them and made it my mission to improve my writing. I didn't really think my hard work was paying off that much but just a few days ago someone reached out and said they really admire my writing and it motivated them to start making lore for their dragons again. I am really happy that my stories could motivate someone like that and it feels like my efforts were worth it >w
