theres this attitude people have in art communities where if somebody does something wrong (ai, copying art, not actually copying art but getting too close, etc) its seen as the “right thing to do” to harass and ostracize them to punish them/get them to stop.
hit send by accident, sorry. i just think the chance of getting somebody wrong is way too high to justify hating on people like that. imo its worse to start a targeted hate campaign against 1 innocent person.
im gonna let this go now bc i dont think starting an argument here is productive either and i dont want to cause the mods any trouble. but i also dont want people to be hurt needlessly.
AYRT I literally said insulting them is a dick move, did you read what I wrote? It is something that should get attention drawn to it. Nowhere did I say "Yeah let's go harass this person"
then we agree and weve found common ground. im not necessarily trying to argue here i just want to make my stance here clear. i also said its fine to talk about it/report them/let people know about somebody using ai in my first post. i think we have basicaly the same viewpoint here
