I find people who do that in places where nsfw content is blatantly disallowed often have brainworms that say any adult interaction with a teenager is inherently abusive, so they are signalling their Good Person Points by flagging that they won't interact with teenagers.

i don’t even have minors dni in my flightrising info i just don’t really want to interact with kids on the internet. i don’t think it’s that deep

Sure. I've got it in my bio on other sites that allow nsfw content. But Flight Rising, which does not allow nsfw content and creates things with teenagers in mind, is a silly place to signal you don't want kids interacting with you, and is different, and often comes from a particular kind of brain worms.

It's reasonable to not want to interact with kids. It's unreasonable to onto an interactive game with a lot of kids and expect to not interact with kids. You're carrying water for people who are not being reasonable just because you personally have set reasonable boundaries in other contexts.
