I will be honest, feel bad for the dude, but there's a reason I stick beloved dragons with special attachment in my den with familiars, apparel, and skins/accents for multiple layers of protection. It takes so much to get a dragon sellable or exaltable that way.
If I had a dragon like that that was leveled, I would buy/level another dragon just to be able to keep that one safe in den.
And it's not a theoretical here in my case. I have one I do exactly that with. The only difference is my dragon isn't that leveled.
Seriously though, this player crossed into harassment hard-core. You contact the player if you know who it was(Attach a good payment offer to make it worth thier while), toss it around on the forums in case they might read if you don't know who bought it(I don't see a problem with asking a plague member to pass it around tgeir area in case), but that is the limit. You don't start trying to get into the flight's raffle info to see who did it for tickets.
