If you mean Y1 stuff like sprites? Highly unlikely even though it has quite a bit of support. I don't ever expect the Y1 downtime familiars to be rereleased.
Now, are they ever going to unretire the Elemental Acolyte familiars (2015-2016)? I'd hope so, since that's where things get real arbitrary, fast.
