Ugh, this whole thing reads so icky. The complaining that nobody is willing to cover the entire cost of the intensely expensive medicine, as if other people do not also have bills and their own lives to take care of. I will never defend the American healthcare system and its rancid a life-saving medicine can cost that much, but the just total me-me-me-me focus and ungratefulness for any support they are offered...so gross.
