i have been strongly considering moving to Light in the next couple months, and that does sound like it might be my vibe.

NAYRT, but I love the Light discord personally. It's the most organized and active FR discord I've been in, and the mods are always running fun events to get the community engaged. Even the OOF community is pretty engaged, I've found it to be fairly supportive. I don't think it skews too young, but I've been in flights that feel dominated by teenagers, and that feels less the case to me personally here.
