An important update:

Due to a specific person being a complete child, comments are going to be screened by default.

This is only temporary, and I apologize for the inconvenience- this is going to be a pain in the ass for me, too, but multiple people have come forward about fears of doxxing, and this is the only way to make sure any doxxing is contained.

(This basically will force the doxxer to make a DW account to post any doxxing attempts unscreened, and will let me more reliably report them to DW staff/authorities.)

Again, I apologize, and will be working to unscreen comments as fast as possible, but I'm only one person.

(Vasemod has had some personal issues come up, so I am the only mod atm. Please bear with me until this bit of annoyance has passed.)

Price advice?

Hey, I'm a dumbass when it comes to selling and pricing G1s. I hatched a unique color combo that can probably work as a faux XYX, since prim and tert are on the same range. It's not particularly pretty though...

Does this kinda dragon sell well? Any advice on pricing? Or should I just train and exalt when it grows up?

Check the AEG1s thread and check their XYZ spreadsheet to see if any dragons similar to it have sold well. Whether or not that type of dragon sells for a lot is very dependent on the colours and if you know the right people (i.e. if you know a specific few people exist that go crazy for those colours).

Even real doubles go fairly cheap if they are not pretty, so...

If I have space but have no idea for pricing and AH doesn't help, I slap all good combos for roughly an egg price for 7 days, if they don't sell, then for 100 kt/g, then 50, then 25, then off to exalt bin. If I want it out, I start at 25.

What I usually do for nice looking xyzs is check the AH for similar color combos, price it around the middle of the range, and then if it doesn't sell after however long, gradually lower the price until it sells or I get sick of seeing it and exalt/sell it for fodder.
