Spooky Spite

An important update:

Due to a specific person being a complete child, comments are going to be screened by default.

This is only temporary, and I apologize for the inconvenience- this is going to be a pain in the ass for me, too, but multiple people have come forward about fears of doxxing, and this is the only way to make sure any doxxing is contained.

(This basically will force the doxxer to make a DW account to post any doxxing attempts unscreened, and will let me more reliably report them to DW staff/authorities.)

Again, I apologize, and will be working to unscreen comments as fast as possible, but I'm only one person.

(Vasemod has had some personal issues come up, so I am the only mod atm. Please bear with me until this bit of annoyance has passed.)

No, it was the first. From what I've been able to gather Fish was bought completely legitimately and then everything happened after.

Which was the second dragon then?

don't remember the ID# but the dragon's name is Groupon

So...

The order was reversed. Fishamael was likely the reason for the block, and Groupon the block evade purchase. No one mentioned that one before now.

Groupon was listed as sold for 17k, conveniently the amount Weevil gave to the user that bought Groupon the day the dragon was bought.

However, it doesn't change anything about the rulebreaking. The purchase of a dragon by block evasion is the entire problem. Staff doesn't care if you turn dragon into a meme or scatter against the owner's wishes.

Peopke need to stop giving people like Alyx the ammo to get them banned. Leave her alone. It's not hard.

are people normally banned for block evasion like this? i'm not quite familiar with staff's enforcement of this

They don't normally, that I've seen. Or it's a short ban. I have not seen this before. But I'm honestly guessing more they didn't say happened on top of it.

All we can do is guess based on what they revealed. Between screenshots and what was said elsewhere.

My guess is a friend group working together to block evade with the intent to harass someone changes it. But we'll never know.

I blocked someone and their friend messaged me with "I saw your dragons, and tried to show my friend, but they saw you had blocked them, and wanted to know why because they're really great???"

I told them "Don't message me again about this, I block for a reason."

They replied with another "But my friend is so nice???" so I blocked the friend.

ANOTHER friend messaged me with "You are really rude for blocking my friends."

I reported all three of them for ban evasion- they all got a suspension, but came back after a week. Thankfully, they took the hint and left me the fuck alone.

That's a bit more concrete than my rumors. If game of dumbasses playing telephone to get around a block is 1 week, a group of assholes working to get around a block to buy a dragon just to do things that would upset the blocked user to harass them is certainly a permanent ban worthy offense.

Rip Vynne who appears to have potentially only been involved by holding the dragon 2 minutes though.

It could be because that they bought a dragon using block evasion, or maybe the first dragon (the one with the huge bio) was reported for harassment, or there could be other stuff that they aren't telling us.

I don't see it much, but I'm sure it's happened before, many times. Most situations simply aren't as publicized as this one, which involves multiple high profile loudmouths.

What high profile loudmouths? I know nothing about any of the users involved but based on how they acted in the G1 hell server before this I just do not see it.

I think the emphasis is more on loudmouth than high profile.
