Ice stepped up to the plate when we tried to see if someone was willing to battle in fire's place. Same week.

They deserve credit for being willing to step in.

Heard that Ice lost the last two times they went against Water so I'm guessing more OoF support will go to them?

To their credit, Ice had more OOF support both times they battled Water previously AND when they battled Shadow even though everyone knew Shadow was the underdog. So I don't think this is even a question, Ice is masterful at the OOF game.

droplet here -- im rooting for a fun battle! i can see it going either way
water has a *lot* prepped for this push, we planned to go all out for the fire V water battle. now that focus and preparation has shifted towards water V ice

ice is at a disadvantage because they have not had NEARLY the time to prep for this. but imo that makes it way more fun, and way more like the dom we used to have and the dom culture i missed -- spontaneity
i think dom-oriented people will support ice in excitement of dom being "like it used to be" and wanting to support the underdog of the battle

ice is formidable in its own right and i'm positive they'll put up a GOOD fight, despite the lack of preparation. OOF support is gonna be huge game changer in this battle, but i think ice has the potential to put together a better raffle with better prizes, due to how many breadwinners are in ice that can donate bigger ticket items to entice support

i hope ice dom people are as excited about this battle as i am! i know ice used to love dom (i was a partial dom organizer way back in the day) and i hope a lot of the people who missed what dom used to be come out of the woodwork to support their flight. water has organization, but ice has zeal

i think this is going to be a LOT of fun

i’m biased as a droplet but we’ve had months of preparation and have beaten ice twice in the past, i’m pretty optimistic the victory will go to water. still, i hope the battle is exciting! i will be pulling my weight and working hard to help my flight, and i am hyped to see what ice will be up to during the battle

I can't decide! I'm happy and excited for both flights: Water for persevering and Ice for stepping up!!

...Of course, ultimately this means that I will probably end up supporting whoever's raffle and/or badges I'm more excited about, haha. Maybe a slight erring on the side of Ice since WHEW are they surely having to hustle and are also less a dom powerhouse than Water these days, but like I said, I'm just really enthusiastic and eager to potentially support both.

I know this is an old matchup - but it's a good matchup. Those two always come to play hard and put on a show, I'm excited to see it and the unusual circumstances make it even more unpredictable and interesting.

I LOVE both flights but the fact that Ice stepped up to the plate makes me want to root for them and send them dragons!

I'm not rooting for one over the other, I just want to see an exciting battle with flips and I think we'll get that. Ice is awesome for going for a last minute conquest push against Water.
