all the colors feel pretty correct to me, or at least any other color I'd consider for that flight would end up treading too close to another flight's color OR would end up leaving out a color that's good to have in the mix.
for example, my instinctive association with Plague might have been a sickly green, but then who else do you give red eyes to? (Fire flight? but it clearly makes less sense for them than orange.) lots of people love red eyes for the drama of them, so you definitely want them available. plus, if you give light green to Plague, then is Wind light blue? how are you keeping it distinct from the colors that feel "right" for Ice and Lightning? and so on and so forth.
that being said, for Nature's "base"/common color, I wish we'd had a mossier shade of green (something like Nature Unsusual), and for Water I wish we'd had a slightly lighter shade (...likewise, like Water Unusual). and I definitely wish the base color for Light had stayed paler, like it originally was.
