It's just a misunderstanding I think. Light took the first post on Dom Watch and their post has "Thundercrack Carnivale: Conquest" at the top; it's actually a link to Lightning's festival push info, but it looks like the title of their post.
That combined with the fact that they don't mention profit pushing in the body of their post got 1 person confused and thinking they were trying to steal festival dom from lightning.
Could all be cleared up with a couple edits on Light's post
