longer version: No, but personally, I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt a little longer since the reason for their commissions as stated on that thread is 'hospital bills,' so if that's true and really the case, it's very possible that RL health problems are keeping them busy. It's not a good look for them either way, and by no means am I saying that not communicating is correct or that they shouldn't at least try to log on to post a quick "Hey, sorry, RL is hard atm, you haven't been forgotten!"
That said, ghosting people to steal their money is such a serious accusation that, for me personally at least, I'd probably want to wait a little longer before making that conclusion. (Not jumping to it, because I don't think it's an unreasonable take or anything and there's nowhere else to contact them, but I'd personally still wait longer.)
Depending on how long paypal/kofi's policies on refunds are though, might be worth starting a ticket with them sooner than later to keep them appraised of the situation so that you don't get timelocked out of a potential refund if princecats never shows back up.
