the discussion about the trust- based dom bank donations has me thinking about a question again that I've had for a long while: how do dom organizers make sure that people aren't lying about the numbers/levels that they are exalting in order to get a better chance at the raffle? in both flights I've been in, you just had to fill out a spreadsheet/google form and that's it, no proof needed ?!
I dunno but I'd imagine it wouldn't be too hard to spot the cheaters with profit pushes running alongside OOF raffles since those usually have public spreadsheets of actual dragons sent OOF unless someone is somehow colluding with OOF attendants which I don't see happening. The heavier exalters from what I've seen are very likely to participate in OOF raffles etc. Someone cheating would most likely only have participation in IF events with no proof needed.
In my case dom members and attendants occasionally checked in on members as they were exalting dragons, especially if there were suspicious patterns like exalting a lot of high levels at once, usually it’s nothing but sometimes we caught people fudging numbers and kicked them out of the raffle
