Mental health can be hard to deal with, but remember there's plenty of people around the world willing to lend and ear or a hand. And my personal advice, if you start not feeling enjoyment, stress or worse from various social media step away. It can do your mental wellbeing some good to leave the drama behind for a while or permanently.
