its entirely context dependent. if its explicitly allowed by the person who started it / they otherwise get approval to keep it then no, it isnt a dick move. if there wasn't this obvious approval or if the bio requests to return it to x user (as ive seen on some of them), then yes, id think that anyone who decides to keep it is a dick. if info comes out that shows that hyruitia got clear approval from the person who set this up then i'll change my mind but until then i'll think that they - and anyone else who does this - are rude.
