That's weird, I restored a progen a year or two ago and it automatically gave me the achievement for it.

you may have done it while they were implementing the feature on the back-end:

Due to the immense size of this feature, our team broke it into chunks, many of which we deployed preemptive integrations for on the website's back-end. [...] This had some beneficial side effects, one being that we could start to track some manner of achievement progress slightly ahead of the anniversary. It is likely that most of you will have several achievements that can be turned in right now, and many more that are already in progress!

i restored mine about 7 years ago so i think i'm boned

I exalted my progen around the time you had, had it restored by sending in a support ticket, and got the achievement. You should be fine? but iunno

oh, to clarify I had sent in a support ticket when they undid exalts for progeny manually back then.

i had to send in a support ticket as well. that's so strange that it hasn't registered as completed for me. i'll give it a little while and see if it completes on its own.

it might not hurt to send in another ticket and reference the one you sent before!
