Considering I am not US based US based laws do not apply to me if I were to doxx someone, even if I did it in the US I would still have my home countrys laws applied to me.
But the point is, like the anon below pointed out is how much PII Dakk has readily available. You don't need your full name or hometown to be hired in the proffesional field or the very least on a portfolio site. Not when he insists on flaunting it on several salt communities.
