On a VPN so my IP is different but if the mods really need to confirm I don't mind confirming.
Thank you for linking the post, judging by the comments it does sound more like a situation of a non-LGBTQIA+ person misgendering the OP and I can understand in such a situation. I did not look up the actual post itself and was only going off that screenshot included in the doc, I assumed the other person was also LGBTQIA+ which is why I labeled it as transphobia.
I'll include that link and edit that section when I go to add the information on the priest doc (thank you to the anon that linked those!).
It is practical and common internet security to not browse the internet on your home network and to instead be connected to a VPN. I did not start using a VPN "now", I always have been. As a result often my IP address changes throughout the day as I connect on different devices or change to another VPN server with less traffic.
It is not my fault if Dakkokki or other Anons are too stupid to do the same.
