I can't speak for everyone or anything but my two cents is that I literally watched my beloved dad die of cancer right in front of me but have zero issue of anything being called 'Cancer' even IF the context is the disease, and not just the Zodiac. idk man I just don't find a big deal in that?
It depends on the person, I suppose? I've lost a close relative to cancer, I've watch two others fight it, and to be honest, I'd prefer to avoid the topic entirely when I can. Does the familiar bother me? Not really, but wouldn't mind a change.
