yeah lol i saw that and was like "okay so youre getting a dragon a day from me so i can get the daily badges" because i for sure am not sending in 700+ dragons for an average fest raffle
absolutely no idea what they were thinking. maybe if the badges were amazing id consider it but they're just kinda average. nothing against the artist who made them but its very hard to justify such a steep price set by the leads
Whoever set the previous level requirement must've been horribly out of touch or thought they're supposed to be cumulative badges. The badges from an Arcane user's PB last week aren't even that high and they even carry over to the next one.
not to be too too skeptical, but from what I saw, in a lot of FR discords the moment the water badge levels were revealed, a ton of people were immediately saying it was way too much. It's not a big deal really, but I also don't think it wasn't a weird intentional choice by Water dom that only seemed to change once the community collectively went "yeah, no."
Definitely a good call on the quick fix - but I forgive a badge labeling oops easily when the gem ratio is decent and attendants are offering them almost 100% of the time.
(Do I feel bad about judging flights that don't offer gems properly for fest payouts? A little. But with all the treasure-only public buy pushes nowadays it feels like gems make fest kinda special yknow.)
damn you really cant even mildly criticize waterdom here without someone jumping in to defend them. kinda funny to think about cause i know for sure at least one of waterdoms orgs uses this comm
i am aware, i just think its rather goofy that someone cant have a small and imo cometwly valid criticism of waterdom without people rushing in to praise them for something or other. waterdom arent babies they cam handle it
