Did he throw staff under the bus, though? In a second post he made, he said he agreed 100% with their decision and asked people not to brigade staff on his behalf. Issue kind of belongs to the people defending him, tbh, because he's been incredibly chill about the whole situation. He already admitted to fault and had his very valuable account locked. I would rather not keep kicking him while he's down.
I feel like brightmyth intentionally making it sound like staff banned him over a much less offensive situation than it actually was is kind of dishonest and also rude to staff, yeah. He's doing better about this than PE but that's an incredibly low bar.
What do you want him to do? List out every single account he made and each time he transferred something to his main? He messed up, he got caught, he was very open about that (not even claiming they were just side accounts w/o interaction, but admitting he moved items/money to his main), and at no point has he blamed staff or implied they were wrong. He said he understood the ban and doesn't disagree. At most he expressed very mild disappointment at there not being a way to come clean about old side accounts without getting a main locked, but I'd hardly call that throwing staff under the bus or being rude or dishonest.
You're being incredibly pedantic and I have to assume you have some personal dislike of him, because this is just silly. FR drama tumblr users loves hating on staff and assuming the worst even when things are very clearly laid out for them - that's not on brightmyth. They're just dumb like that.
nayrt I want to know if you have deets other than brightmyth himself that he did more offensive things than what he said? (That said, I think the FR staff likely don't give a shit about what he says about his own ban. But that's perhaps beside the point)
