On that topic: I'm weirded out how they had to remove a bunch of adult stuff from their bios yet their sona dragon is still described as "property" to these two other fandragons. Like do what you want in your own time but whyyyy is that allowed on site? Did staff just forget to tell them something?
They're still always covering their ass for their rulebreaking though, they always insist it was just an inside joke or it's because the fandragon's name was taken out context. Like, no, it's because you're putting BDSM references in the bio on this T for teen dragon game.

I wonder if they'll slip up again and the staff will say "okay enough goodbye"?

been discussed before in previous threads but they were banned in 2018

they got an imp scroll in exchange for csgo stuff and posted about it on the forums, people called them out on it and they went "oohh no guys you're misunderstanding me! haha sorry for the misunderstanding! it was a "service" not csgo stuff! i don't even play mmos because of social anxiety! this is all perfectly fine and i have broken no rules!" or whatever before unsurprisingly getting banned

I've vagued slavery in a profile once, but it was very temporary for lore and not remotely sexual, and since removed. This doesn't sound like that. (Also, had staff acted, I would have admitted to messing up. This guy is an idiot.)

Also, seriously, I won't even link some of my character origins on site directly because torture breaks the site rating. Why would you put BDSM in?

Because you're sure you're so smart that no one will see through your clever disguise. Insight is not Natron's strong suit, and they seem to have none whatsoever for other people who aren't as intellectual as they believe they are being capable of basic bullshit-spotting. Hence them lying, getting banned and still lying about it. I get the legit impression they view other people as idiots.

narcissism is a disgusting trait to have. that's literally all they're trying to say. lonely/low self-esteem doesn't give a pass to narcissism, and honestly people need to have some serious inflection to realize that putting yourself on a pedestal is probably the reason why they are so lonely if that's their problem.

i don't see natron being a lonely type tho. they seem just fine living in their alternate realities and shit by themselves. i find them irritating but ultimately fascinating in some way. they just really be putting everything out there

To be honest, I don't care if Natron has narcissism or is lonely etc..

What irritates me about them is their 'holier than thou' type posts where they have to come in and say things like 'well, since magic CANNOT EXIST, I don't believe in religion, nor can this have actually happened this way, and it had to happen that way' on posts that literally are just trying to have fun.

Or the ones where someone makes the horrible mistake of calling an 'arm' a 'leg' because the animal has four legs, but technically the two front ones are 'arms' and they have to come in and 'correct' that.

Basically they are lowkey annoying to me, but it is more about their need to correct things like they dislike and seemingly inability to allow others to pretend that 'hey, magic exists, how would this happen if it does' without 'well magic CANNOT EXIST, so it cannot have happened this way but HAD to happen that way'

you should care if they are a narc, because those people literally have 0 empathy. they are incapable of realizing how they come off to others. i also believe you're exaggerating about them, bc when they enter threads (now) with "their almighty knowledge" they definitely tell you it's THEIR canon, not THE canon. no idea about before. i completely understand though why you feel the way you do about them because there's so many times i wanted to block them honestly.

This. I've honestly been uncomfortable with this thread because of the whole "Personality Disorders/mental illness = BAD PERSON" mindset going on.

Narcissists can be harmful, but those who seek help to alter their behavior deserve some credit. Personality disorders are REALLY hard to live with, deal with and treat. It also takes a lot of mental strength and self awareness- or love of the people around them- to admit they have a problem and seek therapy and DBT/CBT to work on fixing their harmful behavior.

Alternatively, there could be something else going on. Natron could be autistic or have Borderline Personality Disorder- both have extremely black and white thinking and stubborn mindsets (and neither make a person BAD, just different.)

The reason I don't care is because I don't interact with them and I don't know them. So their behavior doesn't affect me other than minor irritation when I see them posting occasionally. There is also nothing I can do to 'help' them, so whatever issues they have, don't really matter. I mean, I could tell them to get therapy, or get help, but honestly? a random stranger online telling someone to get help without knowing the situation doesn't help at all.

My issue is that if you are going onto a thread that is specifically talking about MAGIC and then say 'My mind says MAGIC cannot exist' then that is sort of invalidating what others were talking about, because they were talking specifically about magic. I mean, I know it is just their canon, but frankly if you are on a thread specifically about something, don't go in and say 'it doesn't exist to me, so this is how it has to be'

Or if you try to derail an entire thread by correcting someone's use of 'legs' instead of arms.

To me it is like the people who will completely ignore the points someone has made in a debate/argument/conversation JUST to point out that they used the wrong for of they're/their/there. That often will derail the entire conversation and it is extremely annoying.

Plus, while those are the instances I can think of, there are other reasons, such as them claiming to be the inspiration behind the majority (or so it seems) of apparel sets etc that other people have had an issue with (I have only seen the instances of them claiming to be the reason some apparel sets exist after they were brought up on other sites)

I honestly don't see them THAT often, and now that I have read their FAQ etc.. I definitely don't want to interact with them more than necessary. It hasn't gotten to block level for me yet (as I said, I don't tend to run into them very often), but then again for me to block someone, they have to have done something TRULY bad.

Being honest if all they did was just believe in wacky shit like "I'm an upcoming god" and post in every thread about Scientific Dragons, I don't think anyone would care. At least I hope they wouldn't. You can find all sorts of weird crap like this on FR or the internet in general, it's not like Natron's the first ever person to post constantly and believe in fictional stuff or try to apply reality to it.

The real issue comes in is where they outright lie to just make themselves look good. It's selfish, pointless, and it spreads misinformation to everyone who might know about banning or just has anxiety over it.

Staff does not ban people for gifting too much. I seriously doubt the staff didn't tell them why they got banned, and even if they didn't then I'm shocked they never read the rules and realized why they really got banned.

I get that they likely can't say "I broke this rule because of this", but I would totally forget about it (and I hope others would) if they just moved on and didn't try to justify it all publicly as "OMG staff is so messed up with banning, how could they misunderstand me and my friend's games?" or "oh sorry you felt that way, it wasn't actually inappropriate, you just didn't get the joke". How they respond to rulebreaking is just... eugh. Very strange at best?
