Ok, the poster really made it sound worse in their "support" on drama rising. But yea... It's definitely bad faith to be passing traveling dragons into the other exchange types.
Like the anon below said, they breed a lot of fairly random looking dragons and then flood the thread with them. So their fodder is in this please-don't-exalt thread and community, while they throw everything else in there out into the other threads. It's not the same as immediately exalting, but in some ways it's worse because they're so active. If they just exalted, they wouldn't need to be in every single trade thread.

In other words, they're putting themselves into a position of "no one can yell at me, I did nothing wrong" but potentially they could get the ones that take their fodder from the thread and straight exalt it in trouble for acting in poor faith, if staff acts on it.
And this is why I never bothered with travelers, other than returning ones I get as fodder.
Yes, that's it exactly, and that's why people have them blocked or stopped doing travelers because of them. If they did it every week or something that'd be annoying, but tolerable. They do it multiple times a day though and that makes the thread unusable if you want to avoid them.
