I just want to add that while all this was going on I finally read the header and it made me google Turducken. I've been vegetarian for most of my life so I had never heard of it before. Thank you for educating me, mods!

You see nonny, I fully believe it's important to get and recieve consent if you want to engage in intercourse, it should be common sense that consent is required.
However saying all transmen, women and afab enbies are rapists if having sex with a [cis] lesbian is... Not true at all. That said why does it matter if a transwoman who have had their bottom surgery once had a penis? I thought your point was attraction to only vaginas and that's what made someone a lesbian?
I can at least say I know quite a few who happily engaged in consensual intercourse with their (trans)girlfriends prior to bottom surgeries
