Posting what Ttiuronohon said in particular. I am totally on board with timely accommodations on this especially lax timed event and think it'd be cool to extend it for Shabbat. NotN is two weeks because FR staff acknowledges that multiple holidays (not just Christmas) happen during that time and they want as many people to enjoy the on-site holiday as much as possible. So why not, you know? :)
But to accuse people of being on the 'verge of being antisemitism' if people don't feel like it should be extended due to Shabbat? Yikes. As many mentioned before people celebrating Shabbat aren't the only ones crunched for time on FR and could use more time to get the prize. It's just a win/win for everyone if they extend it.
