not being able to offer cash prizes or do 50 50 raffles isn't the worst thing in the world. I bought oofr dragon purchases will be affected bc that's just selling a dragon for cash with a bonus ticket and not something an RMTer could game. staff has always been happy to ignore dom oriented accounts generally that have weird one way large cash transactions so I just don't see the issue here.
I think all the 50/50s I've seen have been treasure/treasure from hoardselling sent items (at least for dom) so those are also safe. Just gem ones would be the problem, and given that it's not *that* hard to convert on the forums, I think it's ok
